Not happy? You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

How to start a return

• Email support@redline-store.com with your order number.
• We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
• Send the item back unworn, unwashed and with original tags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or edition? Tell us in your email and we will ship the new one as soon as the original is on its way back.

Damaged or defective items

If your hoodie arrives damaged or with a defect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. With the 1 Year Replacement Warranty, zip or seam failures are covered for 12 months.
